Practice management service fees are highly variable, depending on the type and size of the project. Rates can be hourly, monthly or project-based, depending on a client's needs and objectives. What is an "Operational Assessment"?
An operational assessment is the examination of a practice's operations to identify areas where improvements can be made. An operational assessment provides valuable insight into a practice from an experienced outside professional's point of view. Some clients hire us to focus on their practice's billing operations to identify and correct areas of lost revenue. Other clients want us to examine their practice "from the top down": staffing levels, human resource issues, office layout, patient flow, financial health, billing issues, comparison to other similar practices, compliance risk areas, and more. Each operational assessment is tailored to the client's needs.

Can Reimbursement X-Perts provide long-term management services for me at my office? How does that work?
Yes. We have numerous practice managers who work off-site at our client's locations, either part time or full time, for years. They are regarded by our clients as a member of their own staff, and yet they retain the advantage of belonging to the Reimbursement X-Perts team. Through regular meetings or teleconferences, our long-term off site practice managers have access to the collective knowledge and skill of all Reimbursement X-Perts practice managers, in the areas of administration, finance, law, and reimbursement. What about short term on-site management services?
Reimbursement X-Perts can provide short term or interim practice management as well. We have provided temporary management services to many clients to help them when they are between administrators for some reason, or when an administrator is out of work on family or maternity/parental leave. We are able to serve private, as well as hospital groups with our management services. Typically our interim management engagements are from two to eight months, though we can tailor our services to a particular client's needs.
